Delivered as a consultant on the Grow FDI team.
Lead generation, investor attraction and bespoke event management across seven simultaneous Saudi entity programmes including Diriyah, ADEL Real Estate, New Murabba Investment and Development, New Murabba Hospitality and Retail, Soudah Development, King Salman Park Foundation and MISA. The programme delivered 150+ pre-qualified meetings, with every entity programme exceeding its mandated minimum, and included the Invest Saudi VIP Gala Dinner, bringing together 130+ global investors representing over $8 trillion in capital.
Cityscape Global 2025 – New Murabba
Delivered as a consultant on the Grow FDI team.
Lead generation programme delivering 27 qualified meetings against a mandated minimum of 10. The programme engaged senior international capital alongside the GCC base, including Hines ($93B AUM), King Street Capital ($30B AUM) and Mapletree ($80B AUM), and included an on-site investor visit to the New Murabba development.
Expo Real 2025 – Invest Saudi
Delivered as a consultant on the Grow FDI team.
Lead generation and on-site delivery across four Saudi entity programmes including Diriyah and Ajdan. The programme delivered 46+ pre-qualified meetings, with every programme exceeding its mandated minimum, alongside the Invest Saudi Investor Dinner of 130+ senior real estate, capital management and advisory representatives including Deutsche Bank, Tishman Speyer, JLL, Savills, Cushman & Wakefield and Hyatt.
New Murabba Seoul Forum
Delivered as a consultant on the Grow FDI team.
Two-day investor forum for New Murabba Development Company, attracting 540+ attendees from 232 entities representing over $2 trillion in AUM. Programme delivery included 51 individual 1:1 meetings with senior Korean and international firms including the National Pension Service of Korea, Korea Investment Corporation, HSBC, Samsung Group, Hyundai Motor Group and Lotte Development Group, alongside a curated VIP gala dinner. Outcomes included an MOU with Heerim Architects and a consortium commitment from HSBC, NPS and KIC to explore participation in the New Murabba Development Equity Fund.

Lead generation and on-site delivery across nine simultaneous Saudi entity programmes including NEOM, Diriyah, New Murabba, Sports Boulevard Foundation and KAFD. The programme delivered approximately 200 pre-qualified meetings against a mandated minimum across all entities, and included the Invest Saudi Investor Dinner of 130+ principals representing more than $8 trillion in capital, including Citi Group, ABN Amro, Ontario Teachers Pension Fund, Nuveen, Invesco, JLL, Knight Frank and Wyndham Resorts.
NIDLP Investor Gala Dinner – Shanghai
Delivered as part of the ROI Research on Investment team.
Investor gala dinner in Shanghai for Saudi Arabia's National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), bringing together 148 senior representatives from 81 companies across the aviation, logistics, maritime and rail sectors. Attendees included COSCO Shipping, COMAC, Singapore Airlines, Shanghai International Port Group, CIMC and Changi Airport Group, with 40 priority-target companies in attendance.
Data Center World 2024 – Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority
Delivered as part of the ROI Research on Investment team.
Four-month investment attraction campaign for the Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority (VCEDA), the economic development organisation for the seven-county region of southwestern Virginia. The programme built and prioritised a targeted list of over 200 companies across data centre and related sectors, delivering 8 pre-qualified meetings for the VCEDA team at Data Center World against a mandated minimum of 6, each supported by a full company investment profile covering project timelines, capital expenditure and competing jurisdictions.

Lead generation and investor engagement across eight simultaneous Saudi entity programmes selected by Invest Saudi, including Diriyah, King Salman Park, New Murabba, Roshn and NEOM, spanning its corporate, Trojena, The Line and Oxagon mandates. The programme qualified and engaged over 200 international companies, securing meetings with firms including Citi, JLL, Knight Frank, Deloitte, Arup, Accor, Hilton, Greystar, STRABAG and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
Economic development and investment promotion
Roger's investment promotion and economic development work spans IPA and government clients across North America, Europe, the GCC and Asia, delivered through senior roles at HMC Global, Wavteq and ROI Research on Investment.
Government and IPA clients have included Toronto Global, Wyoming Business Council, Niagara Economic Development, Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Loudoun County Economic Development, Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence Promotion, Piemonte Italy, Arizona Commerce Authority, Oklahoma Department of Commerce, JETRO, Dubai FDI, Dubai Airport Free Zone and the World Bank.
