  • We collect personal data through this website in the following ways:

    • Contact form. If you contact us through the site, we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries about our services).

    • Scheduling. If you book a call through the Calendly scheduling tool embedded on our site, Calendly collects your name, email address and the details you provide when booking. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details in order to hold the meeting.

  • Emerge Markets provides investment promotion, lead generation and investor engagement services. As part of that work, we process the professional contact details of individuals at companies and organisations relevant to our clients' investment programmes and to our own business development. This may include your name, job title, employer, business email address, business telephone number and publicly available professional information.

    We obtain this information from public sources such as company websites and press coverage, from professional networking platforms, from licensed business-to-business data providers, and from meeting you at industry events. We use it to make relevant, business-to-business contact about investment opportunities, industry events and our services.

    Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests: conducting business-to-business marketing and investment promotion relevant to your professional role. We balance this against your rights and only contact people whose role makes the approach relevant. Every outreach communication we send identifies who we are and gives you a simple way to opt out. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will, and we will retain the minimum record needed to honour that request.

  • We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
